Measure all into a small pot and mix thougholy
Heat on low-medium, but do not boil, for about 10 minutes.
Serve at desired temperater on Pulled Pork, Pork Tenderloin, chops, etc.
They say lasts 2 weeks in a fridge, come on! All the ingredients can be kept at room temperature and with all the vinegar will last a long time! People are too Paranoid.
Ingredients
1 cup yellow mustard
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar, I use 1/4 c white sugar and about a tsp or so Dark Molasses. Same ingredients as brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, I use Dr. Braggs unfiltered/ unpasteurized
2 tbsp tomato paste, I keep a tube of Tomato paste in the cupboard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce, I eliminated this, we do not like hot, use to your taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
