Step:

  1. Wash mushroom and drain.Lay flat beef slices and take some mushroom and roll it with beef.

  2. Heat pan and add oil.Fry enoki roll until the beef changes color then fry the othervside then remove.

  3. Heat bbq sauce and pour on top.Serve
