Step:
Add Chicken to about 1 litre of water. Cook on a medium high heat with Garlic powder added to it. Simmer until a good 15-20 minutes. After done, strain the stock. Shred the Chicken and keep aside.
To this stock, add all the rest of the ingredients including the shredded Chicken except the beaten egg. As for the Cornflour, mix it in a little water and add. Bring it to a rolling boil on a high heat at first.
Keep stirring it at intervals. Finally add the beaten Egg slowly stirring all the while, with ribbons of Egg White and Yolk forming. Adjust Salt according to taste. Cook for about 4-5 minutes. Serve hot with any Bread of your choice. Enjoy!
