Step:

  1. In big bowl cream sugar,butter and salt. Then add flour,coca powder, baking soda & grated chocolate and combine together.

  2. Combine dough into log and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Once dough is chilled completely cut into 2inches discs and bake it for 15-17 mins for 170 degrees. Let cookies cool down.(before baking sprinkle some brown sugar on top of the cookies).

  3. 3/8 cup brown sugar
  4. 5/8 cup Flour
  5. 1 Tablespoon coca powder
  6. 1 pinch sea salt
  7. 1/2 cup bitter sweet grated chocolate
  8. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  9. 1 tsp Vanila
