Chocolate almond cake

First mix all dry ingredients

Add oil add milk mix well add vanilla essence.add chopped almonds.preheat OTG at 170 degrees for ten minutes.grease cake mould. Pour mixture in the mould add bake for 25 minutes.check if needed bake for more ten minutes.before pouring mixture put almond Slices in the mould.

Garnish with strawberry syrup choco chips. I have used some home made white chocolate to garnish.put some rose petals.tastes yum. Goes well with hot tea.
