First of all whisk the eggs well until fluffy and thick & keep aside
Sieve dry ingredients together maida, baking powder, baking soda,pinch of salt..& keep aside too,.take oil, curd, milk, vanilla essence,powdered sugar in a bowl, whisk well..to this wet ingredients add dry ingredients fold it gently, to this add in whisked eggs mix well,
Now make two portions of the batter, add grated carrot to the one portion, mix well, to another portion add 2tbsp of cocoa powder mix it properly
Pre heat the oven, grease baking tin keep it ready, now add one tbsp of carrot mixed batter, and one tbsp of cocoa powder mixed batter in the tin side by side, fill in the entire batter in the tin in the same way..tap a bit,bake it on 180 degree Celsius for 40-45 minutes, check with tooth pick..
Take it out drizzle some chocolate syrup on top or garnish according to your taste, your yummy chocolate carrot cake is done
