Step:

  1. Boil meat till tender, set aside and drain stock. Keep well

  2. In a pan saute onions till brown. Add in tomatoes, salt and pepper Cook down

  3. Return the meat to the stove and dry it up. Add in the onion mixture and let cook. Add in the stock, let simmer for 3 minutes.

  4. Serve hot

  2. Water to boil
  3. 2 onions
  4. 2 tomatoes
  5. to taste Salt and pepper
