Step:
In a pan,add 1 tbsp oil, green chili and saute for 2 mins.
Then add sliced tomato,tamarind,garlic,curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt and saute until it turns mushy.
Let it cool down completely. Add cumin seeds and grind to smooth paste.
In a pan,add 2 tbsp oil mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves, hing and let it splutter.
Then add the ground chutney and saute until oil gets absorbed for 5-7 mins.
Now the most spiciest, tastiest chutney is ready to serve with crispy dosa or hot idlies.
