Step:

  1. First layer marrie biscuits, soaked with pineapple juice

  2. 2nd layer spread crushed coconut

  3. 3rd layer spread almonds

  4. 4th layer,make vanilla custard with 1 liter milk add 6 tbsp sugar.let it cool,add pineapple chunks.

  5. 5th layer, Beat cream add 1 tbsp sugar,pour top of the dessert.

  6. Decorated with crushed biscuits and pineapple chunks.

Ingredients

  1. 2 rolls Marrie biscuits
  2. 1 tin Pineapple
  3. half cup Almond or as you required (chopped)
  4. half Fresh coconut crushed (peel off black part)
  5. 1 liter milk
  6. 3 tbsp Vanilla custard
  7. 6+1tbsp Sugar
  8. 1 packet Milk pack cream
