Step:

  1. Turn on oven at 180 C

  2. Add oil, brown sugar and white sugar - combine

  3. Add in vanilla extract - combine

  4. Add milk - combine

  5. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and baking powder

  6. Combine flour mixture and all liquids

  7. Add chocolate chips

  8. Put dough in the fridge for 30 minutes

  9. Put cookies in oven for 7-10 minutes

  2. 2/3 cups brown sugar
  3. 2/3 cups white sugar
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 2/3 vegetable oil
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 tsp baking soda
  8. 2 tsps vanilla extract
