Step:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan..add milk & milk powder. Mix immediately let it boil.

  2. Add malai & cook for 2-3 mins.

  4. Add milk made and food colour and cook till it leaves sides of the pan.

  3. 1/2 cup malai
  4. 2 tbsp milkmaid
  5. 1 tbsp ghee
  6. 1 tsp lime juice
  7. 1 pinch food colour
  8. 2-3 drops ghee
