Instant pot pierogies

Take frozen pierogies out of fridge. Place pierogies on the steam rack and pour water in until water touches the bottom of the rack.

Choose manual on instant pot and put on high pressure for only one minute. When minute completes immediately do a quick release.

After quick release, let pot sit for 5 minutes before opening the lid

Serve with sour cream or

Optional, fry up some bacon and onions before cooking your pierogies and then add to frying pan and do a couple of stirs and then serve.
