Step:
Wash the grains.
Put in your cooking pot with oil and salt but no water and fry until dry. It should start to smell nutty.
Just when it starts sticking to the pot, add the cold water and let it cook on high heat until the water dries up.
Use a fork to separate the grains.
Switch off heat.
Let rest a little then serve.
Ingredients
1 cup rice
1 cup quinoa
3 cups water
Pinch salt
1 tablespoon vegetable cooking oil
