Step:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Lightly grease a 99 inch baking dish for a thicker cake or a 9 13 for a thinner cake

  3. In a medium sized bowl mix everything up well and pour into baking dish

  4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes till the top is golden brown

  5. Use an ice cream scooper to scoop out round scoops on plate

Ingredients

  1. 1 8. 5 oz box jiffy corn muffin mix
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1/4 cup melted butter
  4. 1 (14.75 oz) can creamed corn
  5. 1/2 cup white sugar add 1/4 cup if you want it sweeter
