Southern style mashed potatoes pressure cooked

Wash and cut potatoes to this size, water to cover just the top of potatoes as in picture add some salt pressure cook hi 20 mins quick release, drain any water add buttermilk pepper to taste and texture use potato masher to smash potatoes. (brown gravy is a must with this.)
