Step:

  1. Take a mortar In it add garlic,salt,red chilli powder,hing and coriander powder.

  2. Crush it well It taste good if we crush in mortar than mixer.

  3. 1 tsp coriander powder
  4. pinch hing/asafoetida
  5. 1 tbsp ghee
  6. to taste Salt
