Step:

  1. Cut hot dog buns in 2 equal halves and arrange in a baking dish.

  2. Apply mayonnaise evenly. Again spread tomato ketchup on it.

  3. Grate potato and paneer and spread it on the hot dogs. Add coriander leaves also.

  4. Grate cottage cheese over it. Grill it at 450 F for 5 minutes.

  5. Serve hot garnished with chopped tomatoes.

  2. 50 gm paneer
  3. 1/2 bowl grated cheese
  4. 2 tb sp chopped coriander leaves
  5. 1 Tomato
  6. To taste salt
  7. 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  8. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 2 hot dog buns
  10. 2 tb sp mayonnaise
  11. Tomato ketchup
