Crispy potato hash browns

Grate the potatoes n wash them n then strain the water. Repeat the process 3 times. Squeeze the potatoes n strain the water completely.

Now keep all the ingredients mentioned above, ready. Mix grated potatoes n egg n mix everything well.

Heat a grill pan n add some oil. Put some portion of the mixture on grill and shape it round. Grill until crispy flipping sides.

Now serve it hot with ketchup.
