Gireba(traditional cookies)

Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well then add vegetable oil and vanilla

Mix very well till you get like this

Take a portion on your hand and press idan ya dunkulu to your dough is okay...

I use this spoon to make the shape

Put a parchment paper on your baking tray or normal paper...scoop the dough then flip it on the baking paper gently...

Then lastly bake in an preheated oven
