Butter cookies

In bowl mix both the flour and semolina.

In another bowl beat the butter and sugar powder till it becomes soft and creamy

Now mix the flour to the butter. Combine the flour together. Do not knead.

Prepare small balls of it and press slightly with your palms.

Pre heat the kadhai and place a ring.

Grease a plate and place the cookies and bake them for 20 minutes. Or until done.

Your butter cookies is ready to serve.
