Step:
First take a bowl and mix all the masalas together with sufficient water.the mixture should be thick.
Take the chicken and using knife make small slits on the flesh parts
Then apply the mixture over the chicken and keep it for 30 min in fridge
Then take a pressure cooker and put banana leaves at the bottom of cooker you can even sprinkle some water over the leaves
Take a piece of aluminum foil and place the chicken inside it and fold it.the chicken should be covered with the foil.place the chicken over the banana leaves inside the cooker.
Close the lid and cook it with out putting the pressure cooker weight.
It should be cooked under low flame.low means really low.cook upto 30 ya 40 minutes as per the size of chicken.
Open the lid and remove the chicken then take off the aluminum foil.
Now you can see that the juice from the chicken is accumulated on the bottom of the cooker.put the chicken back to the cooker over the banana leaves and cook it under low flame till the water evaporates.
Now you can see that the juice extracted from the chicken and masalas coated with the chicken uniformly.serve hot

1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam masala
3 tsp Ginger garlic chilli paste
2 tsp Snouf/perum jeerakam
2 tsp Curd
2 tsp Lemon juice
to taste Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
