Step:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and all wet ingredients in other bowl add two tablespoon of Nutella in the wet ingredients and mix well

  2. Put the batter half way in a cupcake then put a teaspoon of Nutella in it and add a little more batter on top and bake it
