Mini veg potato basket

In a plate mix flour salt and knead the dough with water

In a bowl mix all the veggies,boiled potato & spices

Roll the dough with rolling pin...thin as compared to normal chapati.

Take a round cutter and cut it

Now grease a appe pan and place all the rounds

Put 1tsp stuffing on every round & place a small piece of cheese slice on it

Cook it on low to medium flame & cover it with a lid

After 3-4mins check once

Then switch off the flame and remove it on a plate

Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
