Step:

  1. Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste. except the oil and fish

  3. Make fine cuts over the fish and apply the paste over the fish.take banana leaf and wrap each pieces separately.

  4. Keep it aside for sometime and steam it for 15 to 20 min

  2. 4 tsp Chilli powder
  3. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  4. 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  5. 6 Shallots
  6. 1 inch Ginger
  7. 4 Garlic cloves
  8. 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  9. 1 tsp Vinegar
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 1 tsp Oil
