Step:
First combine the flour, yeast, water, and salt in a bread maker and select the dough course/program. After around 5 minutes, mix in 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and continue the program.
Once the course is finished, take out the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or greased with olive oil, and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 2 tablespoons of boiling water and mix until emulsified.
Spread out the dough on the baking tray and poke the dough with your fingers. Then, pour the mix from step 3 on top of the dough. Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, add the olives and rosemary (optional). Preheat the oven to 200C.
Bake the dough for 15-20 minutes at 200C until ready.
