Step:

  1. Take a mixing bowl add rava, curd, sugar, salt and chilli paste. Mix it well. Keep aside for 20-25 minutes for rest.

  2. After 25 minutes add water in it to make idli batter like consistency. Mix it well.

  3. Add 2-3 water in a Kadhai/ steamer heat it.Grease dhokla tray or pan with oil.

  4. Add eno fruit salt in a batter, mix gently till it turns frothy. Immediately transfer it to the greased tray.

  5. Steam it for 10-12 minutes. Check it with toothpick. If it comes out clean, then the dhokla is ready. Remove and allow it to cool.

  6. In a tadka pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds in it. When it crackle and green chilli, hing and curry leaves. Fry for 30 seconds. Switch off the flame. Add 1-2 tsp water in it.

  7. Pour the tadka over the dhokla, garnish with coriander leaves. Cut into pieces and serve.

  3. 2 tsp oil
  4. 1 tsp chilli paste
  5. 1 tsp sugar
  6. 1 tsp eno fruit salt
  7. 1/4 tsp Salt
  8. For tadka
  9. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  10. 6-7 curry leaves
  11. 1-2 green chilli slit
  12. 1 Pinch asafoetida (hing)
  13. 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  14. 2 tsp Oil
