Step:

  1. Keep vegetable scraps(peels, tops) frozen in the freezer until you have a gallon bag full. Alternatively you can use fresh carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms for this recipe

  2. Put scraps and other ingredients in a large pot on low.

  3. Add twice as much water

  4. Let it cook on low, stirring occasionally. Cook until reduced.

  5. Strain out broth into jar and keep refrigerated or frozen

  2. 1 garlic clove
  3. to taste Salt and pepper
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. Herbs(rosemary,basil,thyme)
