Step:

  1. In a large wok or pan, heat the oil and add garlic and red chilis. Stir fry until fragrant (1minute)

  2. Add water and tarragon. Bring to a boil.

  3. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook, stirring continuously, for the time indicated in the package.

  4. One minute before the time is up, add the tuna and mix thoroughly.

  5. Serve and garnish with additional tarragon. Presto! Enjoy!

  2. 900 ml (32 oz) water
  3. 2 cans tuna packed in water, drained
  4. 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  5. 2 dried red chilis, chopped (optional)
  6. 2 tbsp dried tarragon, plus more for garnish
  7. 2 tbsp olive oil
