Step:

  1. Spread (storebought) dough to springform and blind bake for 10 mins 200C.

  2. In a bowl whip the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Add the batter to the dough and lastly press in the blackberries.

  4. Bake at 200C for approx. 40mins. Cool completely.

Ingredients

  1. 400 g shortcrust pastry
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 370 g cheese spread (President style, salty)
  4. 400 g cottage cheese
  5. 250 g condensed milk
  6. 4 g vanilla
