Step:

  1. Cream oil, butter and both sugars.

  2. Add eggs and vanilla.

  3. Sift in the dry ingredients. Stir and blend well.

  4. Roll a spoonful of dough in granulated sugar and place on greased cookie sheet.

  5. Press down lightly with a fork.

  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes

  10. 4 c. plain flour
