Take warm milk add sugar and yeast mix well.
Keep it side for 5 to 6 minutes.
Yeast is activated.
In the meanwhile take a flour add salt and mix well.
Now yeast is activated add egg and mix together.
Now let's combined flour and activated the yeast mixture together.
Add soften butter and knead the dough 8 to 10 minutes.
The dough is sticky in the beginning. After knead the dough 10 minutes the texture will change and won't stick to the bowl.
If the dough is sticky you can add some flour.
If the dough is hard you can add 1 or 2 tbsp of warm milk.
Now the dough is ready slightly coating the oil and cover the plastic wrap rest for warm place 2 to 3 hours. Until the double in size.
Slightly spread the flour in surface and let's keep the little shape that we can divide dough in small balls.
Roll the dough in hot dog buns.
After the final shaping we need to let them the second time proofing until the puff rise.
It take 60 minutes. Sprinkle the sesame seeds if you like. Now the buns is ready to bake.
Bake at 180 c preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes.
Now the buns is ready. Cover the buns for 10 minutes.
