Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Cool bacon until crispy and drain using paper towels. Then crumble bacon in bites

  3. Mix together well: cream cheese, parm cheese, sun dried tomato, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and bacon bites

  4. Place egg (scrambled), flour, and bread crumbs in each their own separate bowls for egg wash breading.

  5. Cut jalapeos in half. Clean out seeds and membrane.

  6. Stuff jalapeos with filling 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp each or as best fits.

  7. In order; flour, egg, bread crumb the entire poppers and place on baking sheet. (I added a touch more bread crumbs on top but is optional)

  8. Place in oven for 25 minutes. Crank the heat up to 500-550F (I did 515F) for about 5 minutes until top is nicely brown.

  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce (ie, ranch or spicy ranch)

  1. 4 - jalapeo peppers
  2. 2 - strips of bacon
  3. 2 oz - cream cheese
  4. 1 tsp - Parmesan cheese
  5. 1 tsp - minced garlic in water
  6. 1 tsp - Worcestershire sauce
  7. 1 tsp - sun dried tomato in olive oil
  8. 1 - egg
  9. 1/4 cup - flour
  10. 1/4 cup - Italian bread crumbs
