Step:

  1. In a 4 quart pot, add in oil and Rice. Toast rice until it's light brown. Add in onion, mix for 2 minutes.

  2. Add in remaining ingredients, bring to boil. Cover and turn to low heat. Cook for 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  1. 2 Tbs oil
  2. 20 oz rice
  3. 1 small onion chopped
  4. 44 oz water
  5. 1/4 Tbs garlic powder
  6. 1/4 Tbs onion powder
  7. 1 dash cumin
  8. 2 Tbs knors tomato and chicken bouillon
