Step:

  1. Take a muslin cloth and spread it on a big bowl.Pour the curd in the cloth.

  2. Bring the ends of the cloth together and hang it on a support to drain the water from the curd.Let the curd hang for 2-3 hours.

  3. The thick curd that is collected now is called Chakka.Mix the chakka with the remaining ingredients and add sugar.Whisk nicely to make it smooth.

  4. Then Transfer in the serving bowls.

  5. Serve chilled with almond and cardamom.

  2. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  3. 1 cup Dahi
  4. 1/2 tsp sugar
  5. 3 Almond
  6. 2 tsp Cardamom
