Take butter and dark chocolate in bowl, melt this over a saucepan having boiling water.
After it melts,keep this chocolate batter aside to cool down.
In this chocolate batter add cocoa powder,,condensed milk, milk,flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, soda, chopped walnuts and combine well.
Add this mixture to square or any tray available with parchment paper base or grease it otherwise. I used round mould.
Top it with chopped walnuts. Let it bake for about 35 minutes at 176 C. Keep checking in between.
After it cools down, cut sqaure shape, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and some melted chocolate and enjoy !!!
