Step:
Grate both Carrots and Beetroots either manually or in a food processor. Add them to a large Kadai or a vessel. Add Milk to it and cook on a low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. After it's soft and almost done, add the rest of the ingredients mentioned.
Add Ghee, Sugar, Condensed Milk and Cardamom powder. After adding all of these, increase the heat to a medium high and keep a watchful eye on the Halwa. Keep stirring in between to avoid burning at the bottom.
Keep roasting it until it's done with no raw smell remaining and the consistency is almost dry but smooth and creamy. It takes more 20-25 minutes to get perfectly done. Add more slivered Almonds while serving it. This can be served hot or cold as desired. I served it cold with Amul Fresh Cream. Enjoy!
Serve it anyway you desire to your loved ones, either ways it tastes awesome. A bit warm or cold, this combo Halwa is a show stealer for sure.
