Step:
Knead the flour with water. Make it soft. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 25 minutes.
To make the pani, soak tamarind in water. Then to the coriander and mint leaves, add the tamarind.
Add green chili, ginger, lemon juice, and water.
Also add black salt, black pepper, coriander powder, raw mango powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and salt to taste.
Blend everything in the mixer.
Sieve this mixture and add about 5 litres of water.
Add boondi to the prepared pani.
For the filling, mash the potatoes and mix all the spices.
