  6. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  7. 1 tsp baking powder
  8. 1 tsp cinnamon
  9. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  10. 1/2 tsp salt
  11. 1/2 tsp all spice
  12. 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  13. 2 cups grated carrots
  14. 3/4 cups walnuts (toasted or raisins)
