Step:
Boil milk in a large vessel, wash rice and add to milk, keep on boiling and stir it in between.
Keep the flame low and cook it for approximately fifteen twenty minutes till it reduces to half and gets thickened.
Add sugar, saffron flakes, cardamom powder and two table spoon dry milk powder and stir it for a while then add chopped dry fruits and cook it again for two minutes.
Now take it out in a big bowl, add one teaspoon kewada water and garnish it with finely chopped dry fruits, keep it in fridge for some time and serve it chilled.it will taste like Rabri.
