Wash all the vegetables and roughly chop them.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add onion and garlic to it and saute for 2 minutes. Now add a bay leaf and all the vegetables to it. Add 4 cups of water and stir it well. Now pressure cook it until 3 whistles and let the pressure come down itself.
With the help of a hand blender or in a mixer jar, crush the vegetables and strain it with a soup strainer. Add 1 cup of water and mix it well.
Add black pepper powder, salt and lemon juice and cook it for 10 minutes on medium heat. Add butter and turn off the gas.
At the time of serving, add a dollop of butter in individual bowls. Even grated cheese can be added to it.
