Step:

  1. Whipped Cream: Mix heavy whipping cream on high speed with an electric mixer until stiff peak form. Add in cocoa powder and continue mixing until all combined.

  2. Put the frappucino ingredients in the blender mix then pour on the cup. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with oreo cookies.

  5. 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  6. 3 tbsp chocolate syrup
  7. 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  8. Chocolate Whipped Cream
  9. 1/2 cup whipping cream
  10. 2 tbsp Cocoa powder, sweetened
