Step:
In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger powder and salt.
To create a small hole, separate the mixer to the sides. Add the egg(You can add more eggs if u like)and milk. Fold until everything is together.
Apply flour to the surface and on the dough. Knead until fully incorporated, then cut into four. Apply flour to the surface, take one of the dough you cut and knead again.
Cut your dough into your desired size, and do the same to the rest of the dough. In a pot where the oil and 350 F, fry the dough(2-3 minute per side. Serve warm.
