Step:

  1. Mix all ingredients and knead a soft dough. Then make small balls.

  2. Roll it thin/thick rotla as per your choice.

  3. Heat a tawa and roast it. And then on direct gas let it puff. Remove and apply ghee.

  4. Serve with curd/chutney/milk. Tastes lovely with all options.

  10. 1-2 tsp salt
  11. 1 tsp white til
  12. As required Ghee to apply
