Step:
Mix all ingredients and knead a soft dough. Then make small balls.
Roll it thin/thick rotla as per your choice.
Heat a tawa and roast it. And then on direct gas let it puff. Remove and apply ghee.
Serve with curd/chutney/milk. Tastes lovely with all options.
