In a small cup put cornflour add 1/4cup milk stir and mix it properly keep them aside.
Take a pan add milk heat on the medium flame when starts heating up add the cornflour mixture and stir continuously it for 2 min on medium flame add sugar mix well when mixture little thick flame off keep them aside.
In a mixing bowl add chilled liquid whipped cream / Amul fresh cream whisk or beat it for 5 min till stiff peaks.
When milk mixture at room temperature add whipped cream into it add vanilla essence mix well. Pour into airtight container.
Freeze till set, once set then serve ice cream scoops topped with some chocolate sprinkle (optional)
