Step:

  1. Chutney —— Take a mixer jar add all the ingredients of chutney. Grind it well.Transfer it into a bowl.

  2. Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients of marination.Mix it well.

  3. Cut the Paneer and capsicum into cubes also cut the onion in petals.

  4. Now add Paneer cubes, onions and capsicum in curd mixture.Mix it gently.

  5. Cover it with a lid and refrigerate for 40 minutes.

  6. After marination arrange the marinated Paneer,capsicum and onion into wooden skewers.

  7. I roasted it on Tawa you can grill it in oven or tandoor. Before serving sprinkle chat masala and red chilli flakes.

  8. Serve with chutney and salad.

Ingredients

  1. 250 gms paneer
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 capsicum
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  5. For Marination:
  6. 100 gms curd (thick)
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  11. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  14. 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  15. 1/2 tsp oil
  16. As per taste Salt
  17. For chutney:
  18. 100 gms curd
  19. 1 tsp mint leaves
  20. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  21. 1 small green chilli
  22. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  23. 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  24. As per taste Salt (to taste)
