Step:

  1. Make Roux, put on Sheet to cool

  2. Add Gallon Of Milk in Pot over medium/high heat, once frothy add Roux to thicken

  3. Transfer milk to Deep Hotel Pan, add all cheese, wrap and steam for 1 hour

  4. Remove from Steamer and Mix sauce Thoroughly, add salt & pepper to taste

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 Cup Flour (Roux)
  2. 1/4 Cup Of melted butter (Roux)
  3. 1 Gallon milk
  4. 1 Pound Cream Cheese
  5. 1 Block Big Velveeta
  6. 1/2 Block Gouda
  7. 1 Pound Of Monterey Jack shredded cheese
