Step:

  1. First wash & boil potatoes..

  2. Peel & mashed potatoes with potato masher or with fork, don't chopperize in machine it will make paste which we don't want

  3. In mashed potatoes add BBQ sauce, paprika, pepper,salt & cheese..

  4. Mix all ingredients well with mashed potatoes..

  5. Shape them & coat it with corn flour.

  6. Shallow fry & serve it in platter, Enjoy with ketchup, chilli sauce & BBQ sauce..

  1. 1/2 kg potatoes
  2. 4 Tsp BBQ sauce
  3. 2 Tsp grated cheddar cheese
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1 tsp paprika powder
  6. 1/2 tsp white pepper
  7. Corn flour for coating
