Step:
First cut tomatoes and onion into big pieces...cut green chillies garlic cloves and ginger also.
Cut paneer in little square shape. Take some oil in kadai and saute cut tomatoes, onions,garlic, ginger and chillies for 5 minutes,Also add cinnamon piece and black pepper to it.
Now fry capsicum and paneer in oil and keep it aside.
Take mixie jar and crush tomato onions garlic cloves mixture to make a fine paste...add some water as requirement to make gravy.
Then took remaining oil in a kadai and put it on the flame...add tej patta and jeera to make tadka.Then add red chilli powder. Now add tomato onion gravy and cook it for 15 minutes.....Stir it constantly during that
Add red chilli powder and salt to taste.Again cook it for 5 minutes. Also add garam masala and some amount of water if required. Boil it for 5 minutes..
Add fry paneer pieces and chopped capsicum pieces (fried) in the gravy...
At last took some kasuri methi and crush it between your palm and add it in the gravy...
Garnish the sabji with chopped coriander...take out in the serving bowl...yummy delicious sabji is ready to serve.

5-6 tomatoes,
500gm onions,
3-4 chilli
12 cloves garlic,
1 inch ginger,
4 tablespoon cooking oil
2-3 long clove,
1 Tukda cinnamon,
1tbsp red chilli powder,
to taste, Salt
1 tsp black pepper powder,
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
,20 gm chopped coriander,
1 Tej patta,
as required water
