Take a mixing bowl sieve refined flour coco powder baking powder baking soda..

Now add butter and mix well add sugar again mix nicely.

Now add water make a batter it's should be normal consistency.now turn in tin.

Grease the tin add batter in mid portion add dark chocolates now add batter again..Bake for 20 mn...Ready to eat brownie....
