Boiled yam with cat fish pepper soup

Peel and wash your yam add water to cover it then sprinkle some salt and sugar cover and allow to cook till soft? Put them in your cooler.

Wash your fish with salt and warm water till its clean, put it in your pot add water and cover it.

Pound your peppers with onions and ginger and garlic and set aside.

Check if the fish have started boiling add the pounded pepper and seasoning cubes and allow to cook.

Wash and cut your scent leave add them to the pepper soup pot cover and allow to cook for few minutes and it's done.
